Terms of Service

Up Front:
• Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks to 1 month.
• I only accept payment through Cashapp and Paypal.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• Please provide a full and clear reference. I may refuse a commission if the reference is too blurry or unclear.What I Will & Won’t Draw:
• I will not draw any political or religious symbols with the intention of weaponization.
• I will not draw anything that depicts homophobia, racism, sexism, bigotry, ableism, xenophobia, etc.
• I WILL draw gore and NSFW. I will NOT sell these types of commissions to anyone under the age of 18 under ANY circumstance. Any characters depicted can not be a minor or aged up from a minor. If you lie, you will be blacklisted with no refund.
• I will draw any degree of gore from mild to extreme (as long as it does not involve minors).
• I will draw any kink / NSFW (as long as it does not involve minors or feral animals/pets).
• I do not draw humans.
• I will draw any animal species, real or fictional.Cancellations & Refunds:
• I reserve the rigt to cancel a commission at any point. If this occurs, I will provide a fair refund immediately on cancellation.
• The commissioner can cancel a commission at any point before payment is made.
•If a commission is canceled after the payment is made and w.i.p was approved but not continued past the half- way mark, a 50% refund will be provided.
• If commission is canceled after progress has been made past the approved sketch, a 25% refund will be given.
• Depending on conditions of cancellation, the commissioner can be blacklisted.Prices - Payment:
• I accept payment plans up to 4 months.
• Payment plans will require the full amount to be paid off for the final sketch & finalization process to begin.
• Payment can either be sent upfront OR after the finalized sketch is approved.
• All of my prices can be negotiated.
• Unless commissioner absence is discussed prior, the commissioner must respond within 1 week after receiving the finalized sketch. If the commissioner is non-responsive after a full week passes, I will assume the commissioner is ghosting, and the commission will be voided.
• I will use the voided commission as a YCH after removing distinguishing features.
• The non-respondent commissioner can not buy back the YCH.Credit:
• If you intend to use or post my art anywhere, please credit me.
• The commissioner can not make changes to my art. However, they can ask me for changes. Changes can be free depending on complexity, but they will usually come at a 5-10% fee based on the size of the change.Receiving Art:
• A sta.sh file, email, or toyhou.se file can be sent upon commissioner request.
• I work long hours, so please be patient while waiting for replies; I should never take more than 12 hours.
• I hold the right to post or refuse to post any commissioned art on my social media platforms.
• I hold the right to use any of my commissioned art in my portfolio; however, I will never monetize the commissioner's finished product (keychains, stickers, etc.).Black List:
• Those who are blacklisted will be blocked and added to a list of individuals who can not commission me again on all accounts.Custom Designs:
• I offer the following services so that the reference sheet I've drawn for a custom design will always be up-to-date and never become obsolete. These services are also a "Thank you!" to anyone who buys a character design from me!

• I offer a 40% discount on any commission for the characters I've fully designed!
• I offer lifetime free redesigns, character overhauls, reference sheet changes/ tweaks (like colors, accessories, body types, etc... everything).

**When it comes to redesigns & asking for changes:
• I can and will make as many large or small changes as the commissioner wants at NO extra cost! My main goal is to create a design the commissioner is 100% satisfied with at the time of commission-- not a design they'll need to tweak on their own to avoid extra charges or upset the artist.
• Never avoid asking for as many changes as possible; again, my goal is to create a design that the commissioner is completely satisfied with.
