Black List
•Those who are blacklisted will be blocked and added to a list of individuals who can not commission me again on all accounts.Up Front
•Please show a full and clear reference of your character(s). I may refuse a commission if the reference sheet is too unclear.
•I have the ability to refuse any commission for any reason.
•If the commissioner spams me excessively during business week (I will likely be at work) they may be blacklisted after completion of the commission.I Will - I Won’t
•I will not draw any political or religious symbols.
•I will draw gore and NSFW. I will NOT sell these types of commissions to anyone under the age of 18 under ANY circumstance. Any characters depicted can not be a minor or aged up from a minor. If you lie you will be blacklisted with no refund.
•I will not draw humans (specifically faces), though I will draw anthro.
•I will draw any animal species (including mecha/ machine and fictional species).Cancelations - Refunds
•I can cancel a commission at any point before payment is made.
•Commissioner can cancel a commission at any point before payment is made.
•If commission is canceled after payment is made and w.i.p was approved but not continued past w.i.p stage, 50% refund will be given.
•If commission is canceled after progress has been made past approved w.i.p, 25% refund will be given.
•Depending on conditions of cancellation, commissioner can be blacklisted.Prices - Payment
•Very complex characters will add an extra charge. These include over 4 large accessories (exa: crowns, cloaks, large jewelry, etc.) and/or many different patterns and colors.
•I will not normally haggle on commission prices, though the payment can be split through two different forms of currency (exa: $ and da pts).
•Prices can be haggled with pals.
•Unless commissioner absence is discussed before, commissioner must respond 48 hours after i send a w.i.p or the commission will be voided. A warning will be given after 24 hrs.
•Only offer currency that you have. If you do respond and can not pay within 48 hours after w.i.p is provided, commission will be voided.
•I will use the voided commission as a YCH after removing distinguishing features.
•The non-respondent commissioner can not buy back the YCH.Changes - Credit
•I will make all changes before line art is approved. After the w.i.p is approved, I will not make any last-minute changes to the line art. (Unless I have made a mistake)
•If you intend on using my art anywhere, credit MUST be given.
•Commissioner can not make changes to my art.Receiving Art
•A sta.sh file or email can be sent only upon commissioner request. The art will be sent during the business week unless specified otherwise.
•I work long hours so be patient while waiting for replies, it should never take more than 12 hours.
•I hold the right to post/ not to post the commissioned piece on all of my social media.
•I hold the right to use the commissioned work as my art examples in any way shape or form.
